I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were supposed to have a balcony but didn’t, and I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to noise. On the upside, the atmosphere at the bar and restaurant was really nice, and the staff, especially Samiya, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was okay for getting to Lake Como, but it’s quite a drive to most tourist spots.
